CRITERIA FOR POSITIVE REPRESENTATION OF TEAM ZEPHYR 

1. If your proposal is accepted, you will either be approved for a FULL sponsorship or for PARTIAL sponsorship.

2. Applicant understands that in order to qualify for TEAM ZEPHYR's exclusive benefits and/or pricing, applicant will have to maintain a minimum amount of social media exposure and other commitments as noted below, in representing ZEPHYR POLISHES.

3. If your sponsorship is approved, ZEPHYR is to be listed in your bio, on all social media posts, in any magazine feature and with listing at trade shows, or any car/truck shows attended.

4. All social media posts on Facebook or Instagram featuring your vehicle will require the following: #zephyrpolishes, 

@zephyrpolishes, #zshine_usa, @zshine_usa.

5. For each show the listed vehicle(s) is attending, it is to be listed within this proposal and photograph(s) to verify proof of attendance shall be tagged in social media showing your vehicle, display booth area etc.

6. While on show display, the ZEPHYR logo must be present outside the vehicle, on vinyl decals placed on the vehicle’s exterior in highly visible locations, or on rag boards or other show related marketing materials. The ZEPHYR logo is a registered trademark of ZEPHYR SALES COMPANY and its use on sponsored vehicles does not grant the vehicle owner rights to use the logo for any purpose other than those specified herein without prior approval by ZEPHYR.

7. When applicable, catalogs or other promotional materials supplied by ZEPHYR shall be distributed or made available to enthusiasts at venues where vehicles are being displayed.

8. TEAM ZEPHYR wants to partner with someone who is looking to leverage their reach and expertise and work closely with a manufacturer in a mutually beneficial relationship.

9.  As a member of TEAM ZEPHYR, we would expect that you are interested in using the best products in the industry today, your possible input into improvements and the development of new products and illustrating their use in field applications. 

10. All sponsored parties should represent TEAM ZEPHYR in a positive, professional manner with consideration of others at all times.

PLEASE NOTE: When submitting your information, make sure all requested information is complete for each vehicle. Any proposals lacking the previous required information above will NOT be considered for sponsorships, unless otherwise arranged and approved by ZEPHYR.
